Wedding Booking Process

Hey future CCG brides and/or wedding coordinators! Here is a more in depth explanation to the CCG booking process and how we do things here at Cape Cod Glam.

If you are a wedding coordinator, please feel free to share this with your clients!

1. Brides send the $100 booking fee to @capecodglam on Venmo with their wedding date as caption. None of the below will happen unless the booking fee is completed.
-
Once this is received we mark our calendar and block off the entire date.
-
2. Once an email is provided, we send the contract which goes over things like how many to receive makeup, list of those to receive makeup, time to start (which is determined by when you have to be done by/when your photographer requests everyone to be done by), allergies, pricing and more.
-
If you haven’t checked out our home page of our website please do so as it goes over all pricing at capecodglam.com

3. We discuss trial dates for you to come in. We recommend scheduling this around three months prior to wedding.
-
4.  Once the contract is filled out, we will be able to come up with a mock schedule for the makeup time line for you. We request an hour for the bride which the artist will typically do in the middle or third to last, and 45 min per face for everyone else.
-
*if you have more than 7 people total, an assistant is required and this must be known as soon as possible so Ciara can coordinate this with her assistant.*(please see homepage for assistant rates)
*lashes are included in all pricing as well as a full face prep. We have both individual lashes and strip to customize a suitable look for each individual*
*bridal skin prep is customized on the day of. All booked brides receive 10% off all other Cape Cod Glam esthetician services which can be found under ‘Book Now’*
*brides receive a bridal touch up kit on the day of with all necessary items to keep makeup in tact such as the lip color we use on the day of on a disposable lip brush with cap, a mini beauty blender, makeup wipe, rice blotting sheet for shine, and more*
